Who is eligible for the ECO4 or GBIS?

There are three routes to qualify for ECO4 funding: Someone in the property is in receipt of ECO4 means-tested benefits. Total household income is below £31,000. Someone in the property has a medical condition made worse by the cold. If any one of these three is applicable, please get in touch.

Are you sure this is completely free?

Eco4 is part of a mandatory government target to help make UK homes energy efficient. Home upgrades are required to meet carbon reduction targets. It is fully funded and completely free to you.

What measures can I get installed?

We take a whole home approach, one of our fully qualified retrofit assessors will visit your property to carry out a whole home survey in order to establish which measures will help lower your energy bills. Typically this is heating and insulation measures, ie boiler replacement and loft insulation.

Who pays for the installations?

Although these upgrades will be free for your home, installers do still get paid. This is funded through a government framework which is accessible only to the officially mandated installers approved by Trustmark. Once the install on your home is completed, it is fully assessed and verified. The installers are then paid once the full works are complete and signed off by a Trustmark-approved coordinator.
