We were able to secure funding for an off gas property in rural Anglesey.
The owners used electric room heaters to heat the property, which was expensive and inefficient. We were able to raise the property's EPC from an F to a B.
Replacing the old emersion water heater with an air source heat pump system, 11 New radiators and much larger 225L water storage tank, allowed the owners to have access to instant hot water and a warmer home throughout the property.
